Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How old do I need to be to play?– During open play we restrict the age to 13 and older. We do have special hours for those between the ages of 8-12. However, if you book a private party then all age groups in your party will be permitted to play together as long as they are over the age of 8 years old.

* No one under the age of 16 will be allowed to play in any sessions that are scheduled to start after 7:30 pm unless booked in a private party package.

What should I wear? – Due to the nature of the activity we recommend comfortable clothes and require closed toe shoes to play.

Do I need a reservation?– Reservations are strongly recommended to ensure a spot. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability. Reservations can be made online or over the phone.

How early should I arrive?– We recommend arriving about 15 to 30 minutes early to ensure that your check-in, gear, and card activation goes smoothly.

Does it hurt? Is it safe?– Every weapon is “eye-safe” and inert so they are very safe. The IR beam is no stronger than a TV remote so they are very safe. Since there are no projectiles used is the games the guns are painless.

Do you have party facilities / packages?– Yes we do have party facilities and packages. We require a minimum of 10 participants to block off the time for private events. Please see our rates for package details.

What form of payment do you take?– We accept most major credit cards and cash.

What is your cancellation policy? – No refunds or rescheduling of pre-purchased tickets. Cancellation of a party or group reservation must be made with at least 7 days notice from the date of your event in order to receive a refund for the deposit placed at the time it was reserved. Cancellations within 7 days will not receive a refund on the deposit. Deposits on parties or groups that are booked within 7 days of the event date are automatically nonrefundable. Event dates or times may be changed up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Guest counts or event detail changes must be updated with a minimum of 24 hours notice from the event. If no notification about changes to the party size or event type are received with 24 hours minimum notice from your event, your party will be responsible for the total charges on the preexisting reservation.
